Repair of sports hall elements
Tent halls are very popular structures used as warehouses, sports halls and other places for various events. However, like any used object, it is exposed to various mechanical and atmospheric factors, which requires regular maintenance and repairs to remain in good condition. Most often, the structure itself, the roof covering or the hall connectors, where leaks occur, need repair.
Our company Quortex offers professional assistance in each of the above-mentioned areas, thanks to which you will ensure the highest standards of safety in the use of the facility. Remember, even a minor defect in the construction of a tent hall can cause serious damage and lead to further degradation of the structure, as a result of which repairing one element will not be enough.
Repair of roof coverings for halls and sports facilities
The roof covering is a material that is attached to the hall structure and acts as a shield against weather conditions. Unfortunately, strong and gusty winds may cause the roof tarpaulin to tear, causing wind, water or snow to penetrate the interior of the hall. But don't worry, we are able to make ad hoc repairs or replace the entire roof covering so that it can continue to function.
Sometimes, we install a third layer of tarpaulins on selected facilities, thanks to which the entire tent hall is strengthened and thus able to withstand greater loads in the form of snowfall, rain and wind in the future.

Straightening the inclined structure of tent halls
Straightening the hall structure - by making special lashings, we bring the gable walls to the vertical, and by installing and adjusting wind bracings, we are able to straighten the inclined hall structure.
Rarely, it happens that the construction of a tent hall will require straightening its inclined structure, especially in old-type halls where no wind bracing was used during construction. The main causes of deformation are, of course, mechanical factors and the aforementioned lack of elements to counteract them. In turn, the small gable walls of the halls are deformed due to the use of steel of inappropriate strength, which, as a consequence of the centripetal pulling forces of the tarpaulins on the hall slants, causes the walls to tilt towards the interior of the hall. Each case is different, but thanks to many years of experience in installing special guy ropes or the need to weld steel so-called struts, our employees are able to bring the gable walls to the vertical, and by installing and adjusting wind bracings, they can straighten the inclined hall structure.
Thermal insulation and sealing of connectors of sports halls and tents
Sealing and thermal insulation of hall connectors - hall connectors are a place that many manufacturers neglect, and it causes many problems for the owners. Leaks, condensing water in winter - we repair and thermally insulate these neglected, but important parts connecting individual halls.
